Ordering your Cleargress Door
Fill out our order form with the dimensions of your foundation. Do not measure your existing door. The link to the order form can be found on our www.cleargressdoors.com or www.hamptonconcrete.com website. If you have ANY problem getting this let us know and we will email or mail it to you.
2. SEND US COMPLETED ORDER FORM AND PICTURES OF YOUR JOB
To move forward with getting you a quote for a Cleargress Door send us your order form and some pictures of your job. If possible send us pictures of your uncovered entry way from several different angles.
3. QUOTE ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We try to get the best price with a good Carrier for you. To do this we take your information and put it out for bids.
To get you an accurate bid we will need to know:
* Will the door be shipped to a RESIDENTIAL or BUSINESS Address?
* Do you need a liftgate or can you unload the door yourself? The door is between 100-400#
* Do you need the carrier (delivery person) to set up a delivery appointment?
4. PAYMENT
* For a STANDARD SIZED Cleargress Door you will need full payment for us to ship it for you or a credit card to hold your spot in our queue for you. (if we have a queue)
* For a CUSTOM DOOR we will need a deposit of 50% of the price of the door to put you in line to have your door manufactured.
Shipping Your Cleargress Door
1. OUR DELIVERY/INSTALLER BOB HOUSEAL
We have been very fortunate to find Bob, our deliverer/installer to deliver most of our doors on the northern east coast where we sell most of our doors. Bob offers installation in most cases. He is an experiences Bulkhead door installer and has installed dozens of
2. COMMON CARRIER FOR LTL (LESS THAN A LOAD)
* If our deliverer/installer is unable to deliver to you we can ship the door via LTL We strap your fully assembled door to a pallet.
* We ship our doors out on Mondays reducing the chance of the door getting stuck in a terminal over a weekend therefore reducing the risk of damage.
* We will email you when your Cleargress door leaves our facility. We will send you your completed invoice, all of the tracking information we receive from the carrier and pictures of your door wrapped up and ready for shipment.
* The LTL carrier will make and appointment with you for curbside dropoff. The Carrier will unload your door beise the delivery truck. It is your responsiblitly to handle your door from there.

2) Make yourself available for the delivery of your door. We are doing our best to get your door delivered to you at an affordable cost. Do not delay receiving your door. The sooner you receive the door, the better chance the door will show up undamaged.
